About the Artist

Tim Comrie is a Toronto-based illustrator and cartoonist. He graduated from OCAD University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting. During his final year, he was one of 25 students chosen to study Italian Renaissance art in Florence, Italy.

Comrie has done illustrations for print, as well as concept art and storyboards for feature films, most notably the Canadian documentary Karmageddon and Ryan Ward's directorial debut Son of the Sunshine. He is currently working on sequential concept art for Ryan Ward's new film Dark and producing a regularly-occurring webcomic written by Mike Heneghan at www.fivehourbreakfast.com.
